Cancellation Policy

At Selah Cleansing Arts, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and ensuring that each appointment is valued. To help us serve all our clients efficiently, please review and adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. This advance notice allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client who may be in need of our services.
• Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without prior notification, will incur a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
• Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.
• Prepaid Appointments: Prepaid appointments that are missed or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered used, and no refund or credit will be issued.
• Early Arrival: We recommend arriving at least 5-15 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth and timely start to your appointment.

At Selah Cleansing Arts, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services tailored to your needs. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all clients, please review our policies regarding appointment durations and billing for extended sessions.

• 60-Minute Session: $149
• 90-Minute Session: $169

These rates are based on the time allocated and agreed upon at the time of booking.

If your session extends beyond the scheduled time, additional charges will apply:

• 15 minutes over: $15
• 30 minutes over: $25

These charges will be added to your final bill at the end of the session.

• All sessions are to be paid in full at the time of service.
• Extended session charges will be automatically added to your final bill.
• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash.

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times, regardless of your arrival or departure.
• We ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes and no later than 5 minutes before your appointment. The front door may be locked if another session is in progress. You may wait on the bench downstairs or the chair in the upstairs hallway.
• If you anticipate needing extra time, please inform us prior to booking so we can make the necessary accommodations.
• Appointments that extend beyond the scheduled time will be charged in 15-minute increments. This ensures that our therapists’ time and subsequent appointments are respected.
