About Mina

Mina is the Clinical Director and Lead Colon Hydrotherapist at Selah Cleansing Arts, bringing over 13 years of experience in the medical field, including roles in corporate administration and patient care coordination. Her journey into holistic health began after facing nearly three decades of chronic illness, during which she discovered the transformative power of natural therapies. This personal experience ignited her passion for supporting others on their wellness journeys.

Having assisted with nearly 20,000 colon hydrotherapy sessions, Mina has developed a deep understanding of the body's innate ability to heal. Her approach is rooted in compassion, patience, and a commitment to meeting clients where they are, guiding them gently toward optimal health.

Mina received ongoing clinical training and mentorship from a well-respected practitioner and managed a reputable colon cleansing business in Portland/Tigard for several years. She later earned certification through another esteemed instructor, who continues to mentor her to this day.

As a mother of three, Mina understands the importance of balance and self-care. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time in nature, gardening, traveling, sailing, and preparing nourishing meals—activities that enrich her holistic approach to health.

Currently, Mina is pursuing a Ph.D. in Holistic Medicine and Nutrition, further expanding her knowledge and expertise in the field. Her dedication to continuous learning reflects her commitment to providing the highest quality care to her clients.
